Daily Care

• Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soap.
• Dry immediately with a towel-never let it air-dry standing on one end, as that can cause warping.

Deep Clean (Weekly or as needed)

• Sprinkle coarse salt or baking soda, then scrub with half a lemon.
• Rinse and dry immediately.

Monthly Maintenance

• Apply food-grade mineral oil or a specialized cutting board conditioner. Let it soak in, then wipe off excess.
• Avoid vegetable oils (they can go rancid).

DO NOT

• Put in dishwasher.
• Soak in water.
• Use bleach-it dries out and cracks wood.

Unique Features

• Our cutting boards have 4 rubber feet to ensure stability and prevent warping. 
• Custom engravings are available for $20. Please reach out to us to further discuss the details by emailing us prior or adding the "custom engraving" item in our miscellaneous shop tab.  
• We are here to provide long-term service and commitment to our products. We will gladly resurface your item if you damage your cutting boards or the surface of the product. Please reach out for further details and arrangements for this service.
